What I Do
My role is to help people improve their health through diet and lifestyle changes. I work with patients through a 12-week programme. We set goals and meet weekly either in person or on the phone so I can offer support, guidance and information.
How I Support Patients
I support adults for weight management and type-2 diabetes management, and improving low level mental health issues (anxiety and depression). I use my qualifications in nutrition and health coaching to give people the support they need to make changes in their lives.
