New patients are welcome.

We offer high-quality, patient-focused care to everyone regardless of race, religion, nationality, age, ability, sexual orientation or gender identity.

We believe patients and staff in the NHS should treat each other with dignity and respect.

Contact us Online

Our practice uses senior GP led triage (a doctor assesses the severity of your problem). This allows those patients with the most significant medical conditions to get the right care at the right time.

Requests submitted 08.00 – 15.30 Monday to Friday are assessed and, depending on the nature of the problem, directed to the most appropriate member of the team (Practice Pharmacist, Practice Nurse, Advanced Practitioner or GP).

You will be informed of the outcome with a plan for your care.

Outside these hours, urgent issues should be phoned to the duty GP via our reception team on 0191 213 5005.
