Support for people with Learning Disabilities, Autism or ADHD
If you or someone close to you has a learning disability or a learning difficulty like Autism or Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), then these organisations may be of help.
Autistic and ADHD Adult Service
A new service run by Tyneside Mind to help support the mental health of Autistic and ADHD adults.
Service includes:
- A regular social group
- 1:1 sessions with an Occupational Therapist
- 2 Courses: Autism and me, ADHD and me

Skills for People
Skills for People work to make sure that disabled people and their families can be in control of their own lives, strong, confident and included in the communities of their choice.
We promote and protect the rights of disabled people and their families.
