Community Peer Support Groups: January and February Dates
Here are the upcoming dates and locations for the Community Peer Support Groups, run on behalf of our PCN by Mental Health Concern. All groups are free to attend.
Autumn Dates

| Coffee Hub | Meet new people for a chat and a free cuppa. | Kingston Park Tesco Community Room | Thursdays 5th, 19th January, 2nd, 16th February | 1 pm – 2.30 pm |
| Walk & Talk Group | Slow and easy stroll in beautiful surroundings. Accessible for everyone. | Jesmond Dene Visitors Centre | Fridays 13th, 27th January, 10th, 24th February | 10 am – 12 pm |
