To effectively and safely manage demand and provide fair access to all patients we will be moving to total digital triage from 16th March 2026. All GP appointment requests will need to be submitted online via our website. This means no more queuing to get through on the phone. Our phone lines will be used for urgent issues only.
Your request can be submitted Monday – Friday during surgery hours. This will be assessed by one of our GPs.  You will be contacted with a response advising you of the outcome based on clinical need. This may include same day GP or routine GP appointments, GP call backs or referral to another team member or service, such as Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Practice Nurse, Practice Pharmacist or your local Pharmacy.
You will be able to order your repeat prescriptions via the NHS App as normal. This will not be changing.
