I split my time between helping patients at the front desk and supporting the nurses with clinical tasks.

On the reception side, I’m often the first person you’ll speak to when you call or visit the practice. I listen to what you need and make sure you get to the right person as quickly as possible.

On the clinical side, I work with the Practice Nurse team to do things like blood pressure checks, taking samples, new patient checks, recording height and weight, and keeping our equipment clean and safe.
