Your Same Day Access Appointment
The Same Day Access service provides extra appointments for patients who need to be seen quickly.
The service is provided by North Gosforth to practices in North Gosforth and Jesmond Lower Gosforth Primary Care Networks.
You will be seen by an Advanced Paramedic Practitioner or Advanced Nurse Practitioner from the North Gosforth team.
Your Appointment
You have been scheduled for an appointment at our Same Day Access Hub, located at 200 Osborne Road, Jesmond, NE2 3DL.
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
On arrival, please speak to the Receptionist on duty, who will check you in for your appointment.
You will be called through when your clinician is ready to see you. There is a waiting room and toilet facilities.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, please do so as early as possible so the slot can be made available to another patient.
During our standard opening hours (Closed today), please call us directly on 0191 213 5005 to cancel.

If you are driving to your appointment, please leave enough time to find a parking space and make your way to 200 Osborne Road.
Please note there is no on-site parking at 200 Osborne Road, but you can park in the surrounding streets.
